Our Data Entry Process  

TechSpeed uses a variety of automated techniques to capture data from scanned images. Whether your data is printed or hand written, TechSpeed utilizes unique methods for ensuring quality and accuracy. Using the double-blind entry quality assurance method (DEQA) we are able to get an accuracy rate of over 99.95%. Using this method, we data enter the documents twice by two different operators. When there is a mismatch between what is keyed by the first operator and the second operator, an error is confirmed and rectified by a third audit inspector. This method leads to the highest quality levels.

TechSpeed's software engineering staff helps streamline our data entry processes. Every project has unique requirements. We develop customized solutions for each project. This saves time and lowers the cost. Our Research and Development department develops data validation programs to check the online and offline output for various conditions specified by our clients.

All data entry operators are evaluated for speed and accuracy on an ongoing basis, to ensure that we are being as efficient as possible.

In addition to structured methodology for tracking and monitoring various projects, we also have an extensive reporting system in place, which enables us to maintain accountability and accuracy.
